Chitwan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Nepal’s subtropical lowlands, is one of Asia’s finest wildlife reserves. This 4-day safari offers the chance to spot one-horned rhinoceros, wild elephant, deer, crocodile, over 500 bird species, and if you are very lucky, the elusive Bengal tiger.

Itinerary
Day 1 Drive to Chitwan – Tharu Village 200 m
Scenic drive from Kathmandu to Chitwan (5–6 hrs). Lunch at resort. Afternoon Tharu village walk and sunset on the Rapti river.
Day 2 Full Day Safari 200 m
Sunrise canoe ride, jungle walk with naturalist, visit elephant conservation center. Evening Tharu cultural dance.
Day 3 Jungle Drive & Bird Watching 200 m
Early morning jeep safari deep into the park for tiger tracking. Afternoon bird watching and ox-cart ride.
Day 4 Drive back to Kathmandu 1,400 m
Morning at leisure. Drive back to Kathmandu.

Will I see a tiger?
Tiger sightings are rare and never guaranteed — perhaps 5–10% of visits. Rhinoceros sightings are very common.
