Mera Peak (6,476m) is Nepal's highest trekking peak and a fantastic first Himalayan mountaineering objective. This 18-day expedition takes you through the remote Hinku Valley, up glaciated slopes, to a summit that reveals five of the world's 8,000m peaks — Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu and Kangchenjunga.

3 daysDay 1: Arrive Kathmandu (1,400m) 1,400m
Arrival, hotel transfer, expedition briefing and gear check.
Day 2: Summit Day – Mera Peak (6,476m) 6,476m
Pre-dawn start. Climb fixed ropes to the summit of Mera Peak for views of five 8,000m peaks. Descend to Khare.
Hardest day — dig deep.
Day 3: Departure 1,400m
Transfer to airport for onward flight.
